Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel an appointment please do so 24hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Failure to provide adequate cancellation notice will result in full charge for missed appointments.

Late Arrivals
We can't guarantee a full treatment of late arrivals to accommodate waiting clients and other appointments. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy our patio, relaxation room, and refreshments

We have created a special menu with Executive Chef, Chris Garasic of Shade Hotel for our guests to enjoy! Chit-Chat Apps are available during your service or can be waiting for you on the Sun Deck directly after your services.
